When we contacted Tracy, we described ourselves, our unique situation and what we were looking for in a new home. We were relocating from another state and had spent little time in Las Vegas away from the Strip. On the day visited Las Vegas to look at houses, Tracy was on a pre-scheduled trip out of town, so he had one of his associates, Keasha Waddell, show us around. Between the two of them, they organized an itinerary that gave us in one day an overview of various neighborhoods and showed us four houses that fit our requirements, one of which we ended up buying.
